Kristensen history

The origins of Kristensen are related to the Danish Thorklid Kristensen Holding, a company with over 50 years of experience specializing in the construction and sale of holiday apartments. Currently, Kristensen is an independent development company, continuing in Poland the Scandinavian tradition of creating holiday homes in the most beautiful parts of the country.

Philosophy

Regardless of market trends, we consistently implement the idea of holiday apartments, which are distinguished by a high standard of architectural concepts and finishing, as well as care for nature and matching the immediate surroundings. Over the years of operation in Poland, we have built and sold over half a thousand holiday apartments, which translates to 2,456 beds in Karpacz, Pasym, Świnoujście, Wisła, Łeba, Władysławowo and Mielno.
We always choose unique towns for our investments. We look for locations where the proximity of nature provides unique views and provides opportunities to spend time actively.

We value local communities and the unique qualities of the places where we invest. Our projects fit into the surroundings, highlighting what is most valuable in them.
