Apartamenty pod Śnieżką is a stylish estate of 52 mountain houses located in Karpacz in Myśliwska and Komuny Paryskiej Streets, at the foot of Śnieżka – the highest peak of the Karkonosze Mountains, in the heart of a mountain resort, near the ski lifts.

Two independent turnkey apartments have been designed in each house. The apartments on the ground floor are approx. 65 m2 and consist of a spacious hall, two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The size of the premises on the first floor is approx. 77 m2. These apartments are additionally equipped with mezzanines. The houses maintain a traditional mountain architectural style. They are surrounded by greenery. The windows, balconies and terraces are made of precious wood. Each house has a view of Śnieżka and the Karkonosze Mountains. The project fits perfectly into the mountain landscape of Karpacz and was very well received by our clients.
