Baltic Beach is part of the Baltic Park holiday complex and is the only investment in Świnoujście located so close to the sea: between the beach, dunes and the city promenade. Baltic Beach is a complex of 7 Mediterranean villas. Each building contains 28 apartments ranging in size from 40 to 123 m2, with terraces on the ground floor measuring up to 75 m2 and balconies. The terraces in the highest positions reveal the view of the sea, and the whitewashed facade of the buildings and the characteristic shutters create a unique style of the seaside.
